The goal was To increase social media engagement for this specific Chick-Fil-A by expanding their online visibility and presence to attract new followers on Instagram and Facebook, specifically targeting college students and parents of elementary/middle school students in the area.

In conclusion, the content that was created and presented to the professor that taught the course, Public Relations Planning, and was then sent to the manager of the Chick-Fil-A located on Main and Kirby. The positive feedback was then relayed to our professor and was approved.
