I worked on a strategic online marketing campaign to increase their social media following on Instagram and Facebook. The goal was To increase social media engagement for this specific Chick-Fil-A by expanding their online visibility and presence to attract new followers on Instagram and Facebook, specifically targeting college students and parents of elementary/middle school students in the area.
I used digital outreach through social media which is a viable, low-cost opportunity for this specific location. The content created helped target college students and parents to visit the Chick-Fil-A by posting on platforms that both targets are active on.
In conclusion, the content that was created and presented to the professor that taught the course, Public Relations Planning, and was then sent to the manager of the Chick-Fil-A located on Main and Kirby. The positive feedback was then relayed to our professor and was approved.
